Teressa Barber has sent us an update on life with lemon and white Beagle Henry, and she writes:
Hi to all at Beagle Welfare. I just wanted to send a short note to say thank you very much. You have given great joy to our lives by re-homing Henry with us. We have had him since March 2006 and we love him to bits. He loves his cuddles and gets plenty of them! He also likes to be the centre of attention and ensures that he always is. We have most certainly had our hands full as he is very mischievous, managing to open the larder cupboard and eat as much as he possibly can. He loves chewing up shoes and anything that belongs to me - mummy stuff always tastes the best! Everyone loves him and it takes us ages to get where we're going, because he has to stop and get a little loving from everyone willing to give it. He loves his baths after a long muddy walk and will jump into the bath and bark until you come and wash him. He has such a lovely character, playful, cheeky, mischievous, loving, naughty and very loud, but I wouldn't change a single thing - we love him just the way he is.
We've managed to be able to let him off the lead and he always comes back, as long as we have a pocket full of treats! He has lost a fair bit of weight, but is still on the chubby side! We are hoping to re-home another Beagle very soon.
Once again, thank you so much for our little boy.
Best regards
Teressa Barber and Paul Wadlan
